While these metals are considered hypoallergenic, we advise caution if you have a specific allergy or sensitivity to any of them, especially with pieces worn directly on the skin. Our ear wires are made from hypoallergenic 14k gold-filled or sterling silver, our stud ear posts are sterling silver, and our clip-on attachments are silicone. W
